What is pilates?

Pilates is a form of workout that uses the mind to control the body muscles with a view to have a complete mind-body workout.  People who do this form of exercise tend to develop strength, flexibility, and better control of their bodies.  Most people will seek the help of pilates instructor and use special equipment.
